Private-beta signup privacy
When you join the NebulaiOS private-beta list, we collect the work email address you submit. We use it only to send product updates and early-access invitations.
What we collect
- Your submitted email address.
- The time your signup was recorded.
- Basic server security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use your email to manage beta access and communicate about NebulaiOS. We do not sell your signup information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage and retention
Signup records are stored in the NebulaiOS production environment. We retain them while the beta list is active or until removal is requested, subject to security and legal requirements.
Your choices
Every product email will provide a way to opt out. Until automated preference controls are available, reply to a NebulaiOS email to request access, correction, or removal of your signup record.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics are loaded only after consent. The private-beta submission itself does not send your raw email address to analytics providers.
